Our Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid is a comprehensive 16-hour course designed for anyone who spends time or works in the outdoors. Whether you are an outdoor professional, group leader, educator, or simply enjoy outdoor adventures, this course equips you with the essential skills and confidence to respond effectively in remote or nature-based settings.
This qualification is accepted by the majority of Outdoor National Governing Bodies, including ML, MIA, MIC, SPA, BCU, CIC, BASI and more. It is also ideal for Scout leaders, D of E supervisors, teachers leading school trips, woodland conservation volunteers, Forest School practitioners, and similar roles.
Integrated Outdoor & Forest School First Aid – Accredited Pathways
This course offers the opportunity to achieve one or both recognized certificates, providing a versatile and widely transferable qualification. The training meets key first aid standards required by outdoor NGBs, Forest School providers, and educational establishments, ensuring it is suitable across a wide range of settings.
Expert Training
The course is delivered by experienced first aid trainers with backgrounds in education, outdoor leadership, Forest School, and Scouting. Learning is hands-on, practical, and tailored to real outdoor scenarios.
Course Cost
£145 – includes the course manual and accredited Outdoor First Aid certification with ITC First.
